1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.


2. Shipping Times and Costs

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, unless stated otherwise during special promotions.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at info.jesushug@gmail.com to check availability and international shipping options.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info.jesushug@gmail.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that Jesus Hug is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details at info.jesushug@gmail.com so we can make it right.


8. Returns Due to Shipping

If you wish to return a product, please review our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
